What’s happening to this palm?

Hello all, I have this Golden cane palm in bathroom next to a West facing window - so it gets nice filtered sunlight. Also the soil is fresh and watering it once every few days. Leaves starting to go brown. Please help - what could be the reason? What can I do? Thanks in advance.
