Venu 3 disconnects / unpairs after phone turns off (Android)

My Venu 3 disconnects / unpairs after my phone turns off. And everytime I have to delete the watch from the bluetooth devices of my phone, scan the QR code of the watch and add like a new watch on Garmin connect (select the hand, add wifi password). Luckyli the settings of the watch keeps the same but it is very annoying having to add the watch again if my phone turns off. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ with Android 11.

Anyone having the same issue?
