Enduro 3 broken

Hi all,

I’ve just received my Enduro 3. After opening and updating it seemed to work fine. After about 30 minutes the last update it won’t connect to the connect app. It gives the error message: need wireless v28.19. The device won’t connect to the wifi or via bluetooth to my phone. Factory resetting doesn’t seem to work. Connecting it to garmin express says the software is all up to date.

Does someone know what’s wrong? I was so excited to get my new watch but now it doesn’t work:(
