Average HR improved thanks to my watch
I’m a 5’8 male (42.5) 195lbs. I got my Epix 2 back in June and started following the run suggestion on the watch. I improved from averaging 159 HR and running on the red zone to lowering it to 146 and no red zone. Also lost 5 pounds (was 200lbs). I wish I did this earlier. Won’t win races but extremely happy.
