Ideas? Can’t keep anything down

This is my second bad flare-up, and so far nothing is working to calm it down. I went to the ER where they tried Haldol, IV reglan, benadryl, ativan, promethazine suppositories, and zofran- nothing is stopping the vomiting. Is there anything left to try? Or do I have to just wait this out on an IV?

Last time this happened I was in the hospital for a month, and I’m terrified that will happen again.
