Constant Regurgitation, more than GP?
I feel like I have more than just gastroparesisis (GP). I was recently diagnosed with GP by GES with 32% remaining at 4 hours.
BUT, I am also regurgitating nearly 24/7. It happens sitting/ standing but is worse laying down. It often happens 1-3 hours after consumption but sometimes earlier and sometimes later.
Thin liquids like water come back up like a water spout! If I just have solids they come back into my mouth either like a paste or with undigested chunks. If I have liquids and solids at the same time it’s like a soup/stew. I often re-swallow this otherwise I’d always need a bucket. This isn’t the same as vomiting although I have thrown up a handful of times.
I feel like I must have esophageal problems and I will be getting esophageal manometry next month.
Does anyone experience this frequent large volume regurgitation? If so, do you just have GP or any other diagnoses?
