Genshin impact is offline for maintenance long

feel like most people can agree that it sucks to misse out on dailies that ur paying for. The lantern rite is going on so I also missed out the daily reward . I get they're trying their best to fix the game but taking more than a day is just hurting players like me who are low spenders. We will not be compensated due to the maintenance. I'm also paying for the monthly subscription and I log in everyday so this is part of my money wasted. If I was able to download the game on my phone I would and I have a MacBook

Update: I contacted customer support and they told me they don't know when maintenance will be done
