Starting GEICO May 20

Everyone keeps saying that GEICO’s turnover rates are extremely high. people I know personally, that used to work security in geico says “ their standards are outrageous, and that they were removing over 50 badges a day out the system”😭😭 lord I’m scared . Please tell me good experiences you’ve had
