Questions about Mizuki and Standard Banner

So I know it's just speculation until the 5.4 live stream at the end of the month about Mizuki being a new standard 5*. But I had a question. I took a break from genshin when Dehya and Tighnari was released so I haven't experienced a character getting thier release banner and thier weapon, then the character being added to standard. I really want her but I also want sigewine and furina. So I was wondering how soon will she be a standard character after her release banner? Will she be a standard right after her banner is over, in the second half of 5.4 or will she not be added til 5.5? Because if I can lose my 50/50 to her while pulling for sigewinne/furina, I'll skip her release banner
