Has anyone seen this?

I completed the main storyline yesterday and I’m doing side missions and some outcast missions for mads and the Asian chick and I haven’t see the fucking succubus anywhere even in the training city areas in Driftwood islets and Restricted Area 01 I have the patch for it but I have never seen any of the drones
