Which regions of Spain will be least affected by Easter from a tourist perspective?

I am spending the month of April in Spain, and have read that Seville is best avoided during Easter week because many things will be closed, and because of large crowds.

Are there other regions to avoid?

And also, are there places that would be best to visit during this holiday week?
