Brooki Bakehouse like cookies

Just wondering if anyone knows of any places on the coast that sells cookies like Brooki Bakehouse in Brisbane? It’s such a long trek to get there (even with the incentive of 50c fares) + waiting a possibly long line! So I was wondering if there’s any places on the coast that serve cookies like theirs.

I have bought her cookbook and have made some wonderful cookies from her recipes, but I’m wanting to try other flavours!
