Where to get steering wheel wrap for MK7 with paddle shifters?

I previously bought one on AliExpress that clearly showed it being installed on a wheel with paddle shifters, and then when it arrives I get one that is for a steering wheel without them. I have no problem stitching, but I need one that is ACTUALLY for a DSG GTI. Anyone have any leads? AliExpress seems to have the best pricing, but the sellers are pretty iffy, and Amazon just seems to be drop shipping them.

I should add I want a wrap because my wheel is very worn and I don't feel like spending $400 + for a new one.
