Vibration Not Working

I have my Pixel 6 Pro set to vibrate and when I receive calls/notifications, it doesn't vibrate. Vibrate & haptics are on and it doesn't even do any test vibrations when I mess with the settings. I don't have DND on. Any thoughts? Is anyone else experiencing this?
