Episode 3 Ending Question

Can anyone answer about what happened to Sister Megan at the end of ep. 3? After the priests refusal shes seen throwing herself against the walls and foaming at the mouth, but then this is never mentioned in the fourth episode. I can’t find anyone else talking about it so I want to hear yalls theories!
