Not reality …

So, I feel like most people are convinced this is now a coma storyline, and that everything at the end of ep7 is now reality - But does anyone think that is NOT the case?

I mean, for me, this still seems detached from reality - few examples;

• Merritt talking to her dad about Ed, seemed waaay too explicit for a father/daughter conversation. • The trailer for following episodes literally says that all isn’t as it seems. • It feels too cliche that all characters in the real world, are the opposite to what Lois was ‘dreaming’

Maybe this is Lois not quite in the real world yet? … Another dream within a dream?
