How hard is the game/time to level up?

Hi! I know it may sounds weird, I do like mmo’s but most of them needs to put a loooot of time. So I’m curious about how hard the game is, like do you need to spam 34 combos of keys to win a boss, and 4 years to level up ? Thanks :)
