Cimar? Cimax? Any guess?

Hi there, I’m from Italy and years ago my uncle from Milan gifted me with this guitar which I still use. He has founded it in basement and we never figured out where is she from. It is made in Japan, that’s all I know. Do you have any idea what brand it is? If it’s recent or older than I think?
