Damaged pinky finger. Any guitarists out there who play without pinky?

I have a condition called “claw hand” (not making this up) in which a nerve in my pinky was damaged and now it is permanently bent in a claw shape. This makes my pinky muscles very weak and I just can’t move into certain positions.

Obviously this makes playing guitar kind of tricky. NGL it bums me out a little sometimes, but I’m going to play no matter what. I can mostly work around it, but some chords/some songs just don’t work for me.

I’d love to know if there are any serious guitarists out there who don’t use their pinky. How do you work around it? What do you do when you try to play a song that involves using your pinky? How do you play chords that involve big stretches?

EDIT: Thanks for the encouragement. I’m mostly confused about how someone would hit chords with long reaches without use of pinky.

For example I wanted to learn this song the other day:

I had to give up on the first chord. Is there some way around pinky use in situations like this?
