Absolute cinema (Gundam X style)

I snorted loudly to myself at this dialogue from Episode 8. Just magnificently silly stuff, in a good way.

Garrod has decided he’s giving up the Gundam X and leaving the ship, and these two swaggering, coiffed freelancers are the perfect test for his resolve.

This series has just a pinch of edginess, but it never goes full Gundam Wing (which I enjoyed, though not nearly as much as this).
