New patch is unplayable for me

Everytime I try to look anywhere my game freezes during it. I can't look up, down, left, right without my game freezing up periodically. This has not been an issue until this patch so idk if it's a PC problem or a problem with the patch. I run over 100fps on the game no problem, so I'm not sure how to fix it
