How the hell do you use Virginia?

I see people scoring 1.2 and 1.3 million in contest now, always with virginia. How in the hell are these scores obtained? I know there is some secret exploit with Virginia but no one will say what it is. Now that the game is pretty much abandonware, can someone share the secret to using virginia? I have a Z virginia and points boosts and don't even come close.
