Should I pay for my extensions removal?

I got fusion hair extensions installed a month ago, these are extensions that are a one time use but are supposed to last 4-6 months. I’m going to get them removed today because they have just been so matted and dry, I can’t seem to style my hair without them matting throughout the day. She supplied the hair. They are long so idk if that’s just the reason why. But since I’m going to get them removed and it could be because of the quality of the hair, should I be expected to pay for the service? She charges $100 per hour to remove and I paid $1200 for the hair and install 😫
