the truth about a hair transplant

why does everybody on these posts make it seem as if it was the easiest procedure ever? I just got a hair transplant and I must admit it was the most painful procedure I have ever been through and I wasn’t prepared for it at all. I had my nose and lips done, tattoos, piercing, other surgeries and nothing ever was that painful. The injections of anaesthetic just feel lethal, I wanted to stop the surgery there and then. Unbearable.

The pain the first night is something no one talks about, you literally feel like your head is exploding. Also my face got so swollen that I don’t look human right now, like it’s huge, they stopped me at the airport cause they thought it wasn’t me on the passport. Everybody I talked to before getting the surgery was like “yeah its really chill you just need to rest for a week”.

Now I’m not saying you shouldn’t go for it, cause if it’s impacting your confidence 100% do it but be prepared. What was everybody’s honest experience? Is it just me or??
