Help needed have no idea about anything

This is my hair from the back. I'm currently only using this 13 in 1 shower + shampoo + cooking oil + peanut butter stuff (not conditioner). Can you guys recommend me anything? I've grown my hair since about a year now not really caring about anything and all I can find on YouTube Tutorials and google searches are just product placements
