This salon did me wrong 😭

I walked in and I could tell the guy washing my hair definitely didn’t like me and was weird for some reason. I don’t know if I’m just overreacting. First, he shampooed my hair only once and he lathered the shampoo until there was too much shampoo in my hair and when putting conditioner, he put some on my scalp which I’m pretty sure you’re not supposed to do. Then when they put heat protectant serum before styling, they put some on my scalp and these type of products aren’t meant to be on the scalp. I don’t mean to sound like a Karen, but my hair is getting dandruff like never before and is of course greasy already. Can someone tell me if this is off?
