Help me find this movie?

For a few years now I've been trying to find a Christmas TV movie I saw once.

Here's what I remember:
- It was about the daughter and son of two rival families who fall in love.
- The girl has returned to the town after being away.
- I believe the guy's family has a bakery/patisserie. I can't remember if her family also has a shop.
- I feel like the girl mentioned she missed eating a treat his family made at their shop, which she couldn't go to due to the families being enemies.
- There was a scene where she's standing alone in an outdoor scene and he walks over bringing her a hot chocolate.
- I think the girl was brunette.

It wasn't 'The Spruces and the Pines' but similar concept.
