What happened to Chips Dubbo after Halo 3?

So whatever happened to the Australian marine Private Chips Dubbo after Halo 3. I mean the man survived the battle of Installation 04 and got off the Halo ring and got back to Earth by Halo 2 somehow along with Marcus Stacker and Thomas Chang who were not mentioned in First Strike. Whatever happened to him?
