Discussion: do you think Hannibal would still kill someone for being rude if he knows they are autistic and they weren't rude intentionally?

So I was kind of daydreaming about having a therapy session with Hannibal, and what he would think of me. I know I am very polite with everyone and I have a lot of knowledge in some niche topics like medieval history, theology, or Jungian psychology, which I'm sure he would approve of. But I would also be afraid of appearing rude to him so I would start over-explaining myself: "hey Doctor I'm sorry if I ever seem rude or annoying, I don't want to, and I'm not being condescending I just don't want you to misunderstand me, but also I don't want to be annoying and I'm being annoying right now...". Needless to say, I'm on the spectrum.

So I was wondering if Hannibal would give me a pass knowing I'm autistic, since he's a great psychiatrist and would know far well that I don't mean to be rude or annoying to him. He surely doesn't mind Will, who's most likely autistic, being an asshole to him, but he has a crush on him and that's why he spoils him. What do you think?
