How was your pregnancy with hashimoto’s?

Did anyone go on low dose aspirin since autoimmune conditions increase risk of preeclampsia? Anyone of healthy weight end up with gestational diabetes(another thing to look out for)? Did baby have any growth issues or was managing tsh really difficult ?
