Has anyone heard of Chorus Community Health Plans Chorus Silver 100 insurance plan?

I am unemployed and need to choose an insurance from Obamacare/ cheap government assisted assurance at Healthcare.gov and the best plan seems to be Chorus Community Health Plans Chorus Silver 100 insurance plan? I live in Wisconsin and that plan is only available to Wisconsin residents but I can barely find any reviews on it. Is it legit or a scam company?
