Can I insert probiotics into vagina?

I’m sick of yeast infections and bv. I can usually get rid of mine at home with lots of vitamins such as apple cider vinegar gummies, probiotics and garlic supplements. Can I use oral probiotic capsules and insert them into the vagina for a more effective treatment ? All the probiotic suppositories are so expensive. I’ve also tried boric acid 2 days ago and then I noticed the onset of bv symptoms, so idk if I’ve done something wrong. It also burnt badly whilst coming out of my vagina.
