Does yellow/yellow-green discharge always mean bacterial infection?
I have watery/slime-like (sorry) yellow/yellow-green discharge, but it feels like everything has been ruled out:
RULED OUT:
UTI
Full STD panel, multiple times
Trich
Ureaplasma/Mycoplasma
Cultures come back "normal flora"
One test said higher than normal white blood cells, but nothing else was learned
There is no odor.
I've even tried Monistat and boric acid supplements and treatment for BV, nothing changed.
I have other symptoms -- burning during urination especially when dehydrated or first thing in the morning, stinging/sensitivity near urethra/opening to vagina), but every single test comes back as normal. (More info in my post history.)
Everything I read says yellow/yellow-green discharge is bacterial, but all these tests come back normal...
Does anybody have any thoughts :( Please
