"Small amount of free fluid in pelvic cul-de-sac"

I have been experiencing constant yellow (high White Blood Cell count) discharge for 10 years.

No doctor has been able to figure out the cause. (Microgendx test didn't help, it's not an STD or ureaplasma or mycoplasma or anything. Not CV or LB. It's NOT NORMAL for me. This began suddenly after a UTI and has continued for 10 years.

Pelvic Ultrasounds have shown: Small amount of free fluid in pelvic cul-de-sac

and an MRI said "Small amount of pelvic ascites, likely physiologic"

No doctor has said anything about these findings, and seem unconcerned.

Could these possibly cause yellow discharge? What else could I possibly check?
