NFT minting on Hedera

Hey everyone, I was trying to mint my first NFT since a couple of weeks without any success. At first I tried to do it with JS but sadly I’m no coder and I understand nothing.

After that I discovered mintbar.xyz but I wasn’t able to mint anything because it gives me an error every time that the demand is too high at the moment.

Does anyone has experience with minting NFTs? Why is it so difficult on Hedera?
