Helldivers not available anymore even after Sony reverses its decision.

After the tragedy that befell Helldiver, and even though Sony has reversed its decision, the game is still not available in Morocco. Even though the country is normally part of the MENA region and the game has officially recovered, it is still not available for purchase even after Sony decided to get back. Is it the same for other countries that have been banned ?
