Question about “time jumping” on switch!

Hi everyone!! A bit of a silly question, So I was about to download the game to my switch and it dawned on me, I constantly time jump on animal crossing new horizons. Will hk island adventures be able to register that it’s been switched even if it’s not launched? I’ll be sure to change it back to regular time/date once I’m done playing acnh. Need to know because I’m pretty worried lol 😖😖.
