Childhood toy from early 2000’s

Please help me find out where this toy is from, I’ve had it since birth. It’s a grey cat with stripes and a jingle bell inside that rings around inside. It used to have a red sparkly collar that had been cut off. All I know is my parents bought it from an outlet/discount shop that’s no longer around. The face is a little messed up now from being heavily loved for many years but would love to find out where it’s from!! Any help at all is appreciated :))
