Hilton Playa Del Carmen customer service events team

Has anyone had any luck with the customer service at the playa del Carmen adults all inclusive?? Specifically they offer a honeymoon package on their website that you have to cook separately, the fact they offered this was one of the reasons we booked our honeymoon with them in May. We have been filling o it their online form, emailing and calling since October and haven’t heard anything back from anyone. Has anyone had any luck getting ahold of them and booking anything??

I’m tempted to change my reservation to a different resort that will actually be able to accommodate. How do I get ahold of anybody?
