Help.. long Covid.. estrogen dominance .. and more?

Hi all,

This is my first thread here. I got covid a year ago and my life has been a living hell since. I had an 8 day hospital stay due to long Covid and 100s of symptoms. I’m on month 12 now and my naturopath things Covid was the catalyst but not my only / main issue. He thinks Covid awoke long standing issues. He did an estrogen to progesterone ratio and my ratio was 72. Ratio should be between 100-500.. anything less could signal estrogen dominance. I initially thought I had MCAS but now I’m starting to lean towards histamine intolerance. I took a DAO and ate half a white chocolate bar and I had the worst insomnia that night and couldn’t sleep. Basically histamine = insomnia and anxiety for me. I have millions of other symptoms too but anyways. My question: has anyone had histamine intolerance due to estrogen dominance? I’m also getting cortisol and SIBO done. As crazy as it is I’m hoping I have estrogen dominance because at least it’s a partial answer !? Has anyone dealt with anything similar here? I’m so lost 😭
