Dominant/take charge fmc and virgin mmc?

Hii yall! I'm new to the genre and my first book was an inconvenient vow. It was an easy fun read so I'm looking for more books in a similar vain/close to what i like. Pls recommend below books that have these:

1) No insta lust, not a lot sex, 3-4 scenes would be ideal and after the 50% mark. Slow burns are very appreciated as well

2) The ML must be some sort of virgin/shy/easily flustered/submissive/mainly giving sort of guy. No doms, NO alpha males or men who are very in charge in bed.

3) Not a pushover MC. I like women who stand their ground or are in charge. Non virgin would be appreciated as well but I don't mind her being one if that doesn't make her very vulnerable.

4) extra points if the ML is kinda feminine or fruity but not required.
