Where do 30+ people hangout in Jersey City/ Hoboken

I’m 32/M in Newport for 1 year and I don’t have any local friends. There doesn’t seem to be any social places in the area and seems like most people here have families or students. Most of Hoboken nightlife seems to be 21 year olds and that’s not my vibe. So now I’m on Reddit looking for friends (male & female) to hangout with and do fun activities.
