Just wrote my first homer as just your basic bitch associate

You heard that right. Don't let your store team make you think you can only write homers if you are a DH or manager, etc etc. Actually it was thanks to this group that I wrote one. Saw someone else in here ask about writing homers as an associate and decided I would test it out. I'm MET and my boss was on vacation for 2 weeks and my other team member stepped up a lot in her place. He also asked for help on a project and nobody helped him, just one of our laziest workers stood around him and watched (I was super busy on another project). He definitely deserved it. I asked my boss when she came back if I could write him a homer and without hesitation, she said yes. I feel like we NEVER get homers. Maybe that will change. 😎
