Quonset Improvement

I'm new to about everything that involves in owning a home and was wondering if I'd be able to insulate my quonset with spray foam, and if I need to repair the tiny holes in the existing tin or if the spray foam would resolve the issue. Thanks and sorry if it's a silly question
