Ikea tradfiri gateway - the first indicator light is blinking

Hello, I'm trying to set up a ikea gateway and the ikea home smart app doesn't seem to find it. I think the issue is that the first indicator light is blinking (the other two are on), but I know how to fix it. Did anyone run into this issue? Do you know what may be the problem? Please help P.S. I tried all the obvious fixes: restarting the device, unplugging it, deleting the app.
