How to turn off Security System push notifications?
Hi!
I have recently purchased a Aqara G3 and set it up in HomeKit.
It has added 2 automations for the Security System to de- & activate itself depending if there is someone in the household.
However, my wife and I are getting push notifications when the Security System changes its state, even though we toggled this setting in the Home app to off.
What I find even more strange is the fact that once we leave our home, we get a notification that the last person left our home asking if the automation to activate the Security System should run.
On our Apple Watch, there are even buttons to run the automation. Is this normal?
Because I would assume that they just activate / deactivate without those annoying push notifications. Plus having to press the "run automation" button on my watch defeats the purpose of having an automation, doesn't it?
We have smart home for years now with HomeKit and turning on the lights on arrival or switching them off once the last person left always worked great for us, without this push notification.
Could someone please explain me what is going on here and how I could maybe fix this?
I have updated the Aqara G3 to the latest firmware and also removed it from my home and added it back in. This issue still persists and is annoying to test (leaving home physically, because test running the automation works great).
