Legitimate internet speed and rental property?

I’m planning to move into a new place and after enquiring about their internet speeds, this is the result they’ve shown me.

For reference, I live in Australia and our internet speeds are infamously horrible. Other properties I’ve looked at say they pay for ~100Mbps. This seems to be a lot more however, and I would only be paying ~$20 for bills INCLUDING internet. With three people living at the property that’s only ~$60 in the way of bills for the whole house. These speeds feel like they should be much more expensive than what I’m going to be paying.

Additionally, the landlord has not told me what plan he’s actually on/what he’s paying for. My concern is that this test either royally messed up and gave blown-up numbers, or that this has been spoofed.
