Exercises

I understand this may seem like a useless question and I should just google it, but I want reccomendations for what exercises and tutorials people used and actually helped.

I take weekly lessons and am working on my trot and balance. I also need to continue building horse riding muscles outside of riding because I am at a point now where I need more strength as my lessons are becoming more difficult.

Outside of gym and in gym excersizes will be greatly appreciated as I will be able to get a lisence soon and take myself around and about to get to the gym.
