Jalapeños - Pick when green or red?
Hey guys just wondering if I should let my jalapeños ripen until red before picking or just go ahead and pick them once they’ve stopped growing but are still green. I’ve read some advice that says they are hotter when red, but I’ve also seen other people saying the flavour doesn’t really change. I will probably pickle them and maybe throw some in a sauce as well.
