Why don’t doctors take you serious when you’re young

Im 17f and my file doesn’t have ocd on it or anxiety or hypochondria I’m at the er bc I’ve been having pain in my left arm chest and head and today I stood up from sitting and my left leg felt weak wobling and I couldn’t stand for a minute and strokes heart probs and aneurysm run in my family but they wont cat scan me because my head isn’t hurting currently
